Patti Perkins

Owner & Principal Consultant

Patti Perkins, AWI-CH, has owned Calyx-Weaver & Associates since 2016, after purchasing it from founder Kandy Weaver. Patti has over 35 years leading HR for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s. She specializes in workplace management strategy, workplace investigations, organizational design, and turning thorny people problems into healthy, sustainable practices. Patti honed her skills in management, leadership, and workplace management at major banks including KeyBank of Idaho and Bank of America, with T-Mobile, and as HR Director for the City of Meridian, Idaho. In addition, she has a deep background in banking and has served the State of Idaho as the Director of Finance, an agency responsible for financial services supervision and licensing. Patti holds a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, WA. Patti spends her spare time golfing poorly, cooking, oil painting and enjoying her two spoiled Coton de Tulear pups.

Lydia Aguirre

Senior Consultant — HR, Payroll & Compensation

Lydia Aguirre, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is a BSU grad with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has worked with several global corporations (Boise Cascade Corp, Ore-Ida Foods, Micron Technology). Prior to consulting, she was Director of HR, Payroll, & Compensation for two companies: Idaho Housing and The Housing Company (subsidiary of IHFA) with a total of 550 employees. Before IHFA she was a Sr. Business Partner for R&D at Micron Technology in Boise, and did all the compensation, recruiting, and HR functions for that group who develop the next generation technology for Micron. Lydia has in-depth knowledge in all facets of HR, payroll, and compensation to ensure recruitment and retention of a capable workforce which drives corporate success.

Pat Duncan

Senior Consultant — Human Resources

Pat Duncan, SHRM-SCP has been in the Human Resources field for over 30 years and has worked in various industries from banking, service, higher education, county government to manufacturing. Pat has built human resource departments from the ground up and is versed in every aspect of human resources. Helping managers and employees become successful in their role is her biggest passion. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, baking, crafting and hanging out with her 10 grandkids.
